Eveline MacDougall will lead our Fireside Orchestra series with her engaging teaching style.

Eveline studies, teaches, and performs many genres, including but not limited to traditional Celtic fiddle tunes, South African freedom songs, Balkan, Latin American, experimental music, folk, rock, gospel, klezmer, and music from her motherland of Quebec. In her fatherland, she performs with Forest Avenue and The Uncles, and has worked with the Green River String Band, No Known Address, Fire Pond, the Wholesale Klezmer Band, and the Pioneer Valley Symphony, and other groups.

Eveline is the founder and director of the choral group Fiery Hope—formerly known as Amandla—since 1988.
